Advocacy Services
Our advocates work directly with families and schools to ensure that children’s civil rights are upheld and their educational needs are met. We provide representation and support during meetings with school personnel, help resolve disputes, and work to ensure that schools comply with federal and state special education laws. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives a fair and appropriate education.
Attend ARD Meetings
We attend Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings with you, providing support and advocacy to ensure your child’s educational plan is appropriately tailored to their needs. Our presence helps to ensure that your concerns are heard and that the educational plan developed is comprehensive and effective. We work to ensure that the process is collaborative and remains focused on your child’s best interests.
Reviewing Your Child's Education Plan
We offer thorough reviews of your child’s education plan, helping you understand its components and ensuring it meets all necessary requirements. Our experts review the plan for compliance with educational standards, appropriateness of services, and alignment with your child’s unique needs. We provide detailed feedback and recommendations to help you advocate for necessary changes.
